In February 2005, Alyce was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps. She then proceeded to support the US Army’s Special Operations Division providing subject matter expert support as the Personal Recovery Branch Chief on the US Army Staff. She was later re-tasked to support the Army’s Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Defeat Division. Her extensive background experience includes providing program management support to numerous emergent counter IED initiatives and working with Army organizations to establish new programs as part of the Army’s capability development and planning, programming and budgeting processes.
