IIP (Interactive Information Program) provides a training, operating and maintenance support capability on iOS, Android and windows platforms.

Included in the solution are:

Web Based Content Management System (CMS) – Supporting authoring and user management for training and support topics related to ANY type of equipment or procedure
Web Based Application (WEBAPP) – Supporting online consumption of training and support topics related to ANY type of equipment or procedure
iOS Application (iOSAPP) – Supporting iOS Tablet consumption of training and support topics related to ANY type of equipment or procedure
Android Application (ANDROIDAPP) – Supporting Android Tablet consumption of training and support topics related to ANY type of equipment or procedure
IIP will supplement or replace current manuals, training and Field Service Rep reliance. Searchable information will make it easier for users to maintain, transport, and refresh technologies. Additionally, more efficient and faster maintenance and operation of equipment will be enabled in a solution which includes reporting to leadership.
